Evangelos Kostas
He was born in 1968 in Thessaloniki. In 1985, he graduated from the American College of Thessaloniki (Anatolia) and was admitted to the Aristotle University of Thessaloniki, Faculty of Law and Economic Sciences, School of Law, from which he graduated in March 1990. In January 1994, he obtained a Master’s degree from the Department of Public Law and Political Sciences of the Aristotle University of Thessaloniki, with a specialization in Constitutional and Administrative Law. He has been a practicing lawyer (member of the Thessaloniki Bar Association) since January 1992 and has been admitted to practice before the Supreme Court of Greece (Areios Pagos) since March 2006. From 1997 to 2003, he handled administrative enforcement cases on behalf of the Revenue Collection Fund of IKA Thessaloniki. From 2016 until March 2023, he served as in-house counsel at the Aristotle University of Thessaloniki. Since the beginning of his legal career, he has maintained a private practice specializing in administrative law, particularly Tax Law and Administrative Enforcement, while also being actively engaged in annulment proceedings.

Maria Pelliou
She was born on January 30, 1980, in Thessaloniki. In 1997, she graduated from the private school KORAIS and in 1998 was admitted, through the national entrance examinations, to the Aristotle University of Thessaloniki, Faculty of Law and Economic Sciences, School of Law, from which she graduated in March 2004.
In 2009, she obtained a Master’s Degree in Commercial and Economic Law from the Aristotle University of Thessaloniki, specializing in Company Law, graduating with distinction (grade: 9/10). In 2006, she was admitted to the Thessaloniki Bar Association as a lawyer before the Court of First Instance (Reg. No. 8558) and, since December 2020, has been practicing as an attorney before the Court of Appeals. Since 2006, she has been actively practicing law, handling a wide range of cases, including civil, labor, automotive, commercial, family, administrative, and social security matters, with extensive representation before both Civil and Administrative Courts throughout Greece. In addition to litigation, she has drafted numerous agreements and contracts (leases, corporate agreements, out-of-court settlements, etc.) and provides ongoing legal advisory services to various individual businesses and commercial companies. In recent years, she has been particularly engaged in Land Registry cases, property law in general, and the provision of legal support in the drafting of real estate purchase and sale agreements.

Christos Kostas
He was born in Thessaloniki and is a graduate of the American College of Anatolia. He graduated from the Faculty of Law of the Aristotle University of Thessaloniki with a grade of 7.43 and was subsequently admitted to the Master’s Program in Criminal and Criminological Sciences at the same University, from which he graduated with distinction (9.43).
He obtained certification in the fields of financial crime, corruption, and anti–money laundering (issued by the Hellenic Anti-Money Laundering Authority and the Center for Continuing Education of the Aristotle University of Thessaloniki). He also completed the Jean Monnet Module Summer Course (REUR, National and Kapodistrian University of Athens, co-funded by the European Commission) on “Rule of Law and Fundamental Rights Protection in the EU” in Athens.
He is currently a PhD candidate in Substantive Criminal Law and actively practices law as a registered member of the Thessaloniki Bar Association.
